Structure

What does the practical piece of your business look like? Is everything set up in the most effective way for your success to be less complicated and more straightforward. Where is there is an overspend of energies or investment that could be reduced by making things more logical and convenient?

Culture

When you consider the culture of the business what do you see that is working and what is not working? What are the relationship like in terms of alignment, common purpose & feeling valued? Is the business bringing growth and expansion to it's people and clients or is there something stuck when it comes to growth, meaning and purpose?

Process of Check-in

What are your processes so ‘Checking-In’ to make sure everything is going somewhere and not just going in circles? Have you set out your milestones and markers of success for you can identify when things are not heading in the right direction? How to you prepare fo the unknown? Is there anything lurking in the background that is causing resistance or breaking the flow of vision and action?
